The meeting was chaired by Wang Dedao, Director of the Patent Management Division of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office, and Li Zhong, the deputy director of the Beijing Intellectual Property Office. They gave a report on the work of the capital's intellectual property service industry. At the work conference, Li Qiang, President of the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry Association announced the list of the first batch of Beijing intellectual property service brand institutions, and Dragon IP was one of the first batch of 19 Beijing intellectual property service brand institutions. Cui Xiaoguang, president of the Beijing Patent Attorneys Association, announced the year of 2016’s list of outstanding patent agencies in Beijing. Dragon IP was awarded the year of 2016’s Beijing Excellent Patent Agency due to its outstanding achievements in the year of 2016. During the publication of the first batch of institutions that passed the "Patent Agency Rating Standards", Dragon IP was rated as an “AAAA” patent agency by virtue of its excellent professional capabilities and excellent comprehensive capabilities. At present, the level of “AAAA” patent agency is the highest level assessed by Beijing patent agency.
