In order to meet the institutional needs of China’s economic development and transformation, in the end of this year, the National People’s Congress and its Standing Committee, the Supreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate, the China National Intellectual Property Administration, the Anti-Monopoly Commission of the State Council and other relevant departments formulated and amended intellectual property normative documents. This provides an effective system for innovation.
